Teams may split the power cleans and ring muscle ups any way with one person working at a time. There is no minimum work requirement on power cleans and ring muscle ups. Wall ball synchronization occurs at the bottom of the squat: both athletes must have their hips below their knees while holding the ball at the start of the rep. The rep is counted once both athletes’ wall balls make contact with the wall above their respective targets (10ft for Men, 9ft for Women).
